Charles Rempe, of Frederick Maryland, somehow managed to get a fish hook stuck in his ass. In an effort to call out for help, Rempe decided to bust out his .45-caliber hand gun and fire several shots inside his apartment. Apparently, it worked as officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to a noise complaint on the 200 block of E. Frederick St. where they found Rempe with a hook embedded in his butt.
Officers promptly arrested Rempe and escorted him to Frederick Memorial Hospital for examination. According to the police, one round went through a side window and was found lodged into the brick wall of an adjacent building. Luckily, no one was hurt.
But seriously, couldn't he just pick up the phone and call 9-1-1? But, then if he did, this story wouldn't be as funny.
